We collect only what we need to answer your request and arrange a camera assessment.
What we collect
When you use the quote form, you may give us your name, phone number, email address, town, property details, camera needs, preferred contact time, and any notes you choose to include.
Why we use it
We use that information to respond to your request, arrange your free in-home assessment, prepare a quote, and follow up about that request. We do not use the form to add you to a marketing list.
Who processes it
Our website is hosted by Cloudflare. Quote-form submissions are sent through Resend so they can reach our team and so we can send you a confirmation email. Those providers process the information only to operate those services for us.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers needed to run the website and email your request, or when required by law. We keep it only as long as needed to respond, provide services, meet legal or accounting obligations, or resolve a question about the work.
Your choices
You can ask what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. You can also choose not to provide form details and reach us another way.
